lol they do have shadows. the backdrop itself was shot on a totally cloudy day and as such there were no sharp sunny shadows to be seen; it would just make it look unrealistic if i made them any darker than they currently are.
HA!! yeh it\'s a helluva lot better than the last ones anyway. I\'ve been using my dad\'s laptop to render these ones again, and since it\'s like 8 times faster than my normal desktop, i\'ve been able to accomplish much better stuff in a smaller timeframe. w00t.
Yo dmitry, something just doesn't sit right about those bullets, i think it's the lighting... don't think the lighting on the bullets matches the concrete underneath them...
personally i think they suck I've updated this one quite a while ago but havn't put up the new version yet. It'll not what i would like to call complete. To fix that lighting issue here though all i did was turn up the GI environment so the whole scene is overall brighter (giving good lighting on the bullets) followed by turning down the brightness of the ground texture (coz otherwise it would be too bright). Overall it balanced it out quite nicely.
